Hello,

I just got my Turtle fins and Manta straps and need advice putting them on. How the heck do I get the exisiting hardware off? I have tried plyers and haven't had any luck.
As far as installing the straps I assume I just squeeze the metal portion into the holes. Is it suppose to overlap inside the hole (the pins)?

Thanks for any suggestions you could pass along.

A dremel tool works nicely ...

Vise Grips and a big Screwdriver should do the trick. They don't need to overlap inside the hole and I doubt you could do that even if you tried. You will love spring straps.
I've made about 5 sets.
