Retractor strong enough for an Oceanic ProPlus Console

I bought one of those $20 retractors that fits inside a pocket and extends out through a grommet to attach to an Oceanic ProPlus console. It's not strong enough and the console hangs down a foot or so.

Anyone one know of a similar retractor that's strong enough to hold it in position?

What brand is the retractor? I use a Cetacea mini high force retractor with my computer and it works great. Some retractors handle a very light load and some a heavier load, they are not the same but may look like it. Most likely you need a high force retractor so it dosn't hang down.
