191.5#

down 5.5# from about a month ago.

i also hit 189.5# over the weekend, but occillated up a bit.

206# was starting weight on Jan 1. 225# was my peak about 2-3 years ago.

Its a constant battle. I went for my 60 year old check-up. (It was free through my health plan) The doctor said, " According to my chart you should weight 195 lbs."

I said, "Doctor, I haven't weight 195 lbs. since I was in the 4th grade." Of course this doctor is one of these skinny guys that has "I jog" written all over him.

Anyway keep up the good work!

I maintained my 164lbs on Tuesday but I have lost a couple more since. With a 100 mile bike ride tomorrow, I have no clue what I'll be this tuesday. I am making my new target 156 - just because having a maintenace target seems too boring.
