I'm a Fish!
Just saw this on the CNN web site. The sinking of the Spiegel Grove messed up big time. The ship sank earlier than expected and ended up upside-down and sticking out of the water. Their not sure what they are going to do next.

One engineer said they might attach cables to the ship and use tug boats and try to roll the ship onto its side.

Oh well, so much for all those years of preparation and wading through red tape.

Probably the worst possible attitude for it to sink in, but it's not a disaster by any means. I see two problems - one, we now have a navigational hazard that must be marked, and two, they'll likely keep divers off until they can pull it over onto its side. But it's doable, and it'll be a fine site.
