Is this worth to buy?
Actually, I was thinking of buying a smaller one, still, this can be a good opportunity

Any comments?

It all depends upon what your needs are....
Since you are asking this question I can infer that you do not need this light....

The EE 10w HID with Pro4 canister will be just as effective at half the price and considerably less weight and bulk. On a night dive I dove one while a buddy used the 18w and while his beam was larger mine was slightly bluer and easily seen crossing his beam... in other words they were compatible for signalling purposes. The 10w HID definitely cuts through the suspended clutter in the water better that a 50 watt halogen too.

Thank you.

I was just thinking that getting the 18W for a cheaper price (like $800) could be a good opportunity.

I concur w/ UP. The 18w HID is slightly brighter, but IMHO opinion not enough to warrant the cost for MOST types of diving. I've got the 10W HID and it's really a fantastic light. Does 95 percent of what the 18W does, and a whole lot cheaper.
