there cant be much difference as you get taught basic rescue techniques in both

a word of advice tho (seeing as ur a teenage diver like me) , if u dont already have ur cpr qualification and want to do the padi one , DO NOT do it all in one day , took me 9 hours in a boiling hot humid room practisin on a dummy while my mum and dad were sunning themselves outside on a beach , much better if you do it in 3 3hr chunks or summat like tht so ur not bored out your mind

as for the diving , i found it really fun because me and my instructor got along so we had a laff , was funny watching me firemans lift him down the beach aparently , as 9stone me had to lift 18stone bouncer build instructor.
