Hi,

I'd like to take my camcorder underwater a few feet. Less
than 10 feet is fine. I've seen these plastic camcorder bags
for sale. One of the first was about $45. I thought that was
too much for a plastic bag, so I didn't save the link. Since
then I haven't been able to find one for less than $200! For
a plastic bag! The camera's not worth much more than that!
Does anyone know if there are any reasonbably priced plastic
bags for doing this? Okay, $45 is fine if that's what it must
be...

Thanks for any help,
David

I see them on Ebay pretty regularly. The company is EWA-Marine.

Surprising how much they get for them new. You can get an inexpensive tube housing for under $300.

Don't bother with the vinyl (plastic) bags. You're throwing away your money.

Bags such as the Ewa-Marine run for over $200. The vinyl breaks down in a year or two and then starts leaking. Seams come apart, folds in the vinyl weaken and split.

Take it from me, don't waste your time. Get a real housing.
