I just want to say that Armor Bags has great customer service. The handle on my duffle bag was ripped apart on my last trip by the airlines. I sent my bag into Armor and they fixed it and sent it back to me very quickly which will allow me to use it on my next trip. The fact that they were so quick was great but even better they would not take any money for the repair and they sent my bag back to me without a charge. This is the kind of service that will make me loyal to the great products that Armor makes. Thanks again.
