Hello everyone. I'm looking to take a DMT course during my March Break ( from March 8th to March 19th). Does anyone know of ANYWHERE this course is being given at that time?
Thanks.

Hello there,

I would highly recommend Hyperbarics international in Key Largo. I took the course last month and was very impressed.

The website is http://www.hyperbaricsintl.com/

Dick Rutkowski is the "Yoda" of modern hyperbarics. I thought I was fairly knowledgeable before I went, but as Dick said the last day of class "now you know what you don't know".

It is definately worth the trip, and not a bad locale for a class either.

If you have any specific questions please feel free to ask.

It would also be beneficial to take a EMT course at a local college. It is only one semester (usually) long and you gain some useful knowledge. Look into it. You want a EMT-Basic or EMT-1 course.

... take a EMT course at a local college ...
Some of the commercial dive schools offer a DMT course, for outrageously high dollars.
Combining an EMT course with the hyperbaric/chamber tech course gives the best bang for the buck.
