The most dangerous question to ask somebody who is in close contact with all the Major Dive Operators without offending them ( or being sue'd ).... is who truely IS the best.
Is the Trip Co-Ordinator the same as the trip you did who did a great job and does THIS make the operator the best?
Is the Mono Hull in Calm water as good as the Catamaran in Rough sea's, does that make THIS the best ?
A recently refitted vessell brings out the best in staff.... and can we measure that in a " Once in a Lifetime Experience ". Does this for a short period mean its the best because its on top of its game?
