What is the scoop for diving here? At the hotel? Near by? Price range?

Thanks.

Nearby with Bahama Divers or by free shuttle to Stuart Cove's. BD is at the base of the bridge to Paradise Island - you could walk there. Stuart Cove's is on the south side of New Providence so it's a 45 min ride from Paradise Island.
At the hotel? Near by?
No shorediving nearby if that's what you're asking. I've recently read Landshark does some shoredives but I have no details.

Ok, thanks. Any more info folks? Anyone use any of these locations? Best spots?

Land shark seems to have gone out of business.
You can shore dive from the western end of the island. Clifton pier. From here (if you're fit enuff to make the two mile walk over the bridge from atlantis to BD in tropical heat carring dive gear, Steve you'll never have to proove your dedication to diving in any other way!) you can comfortably swim to the Jaws iii cesna, the Bond Wrecks and probably just about make the Tears of Allah. The walls about 10mins hard slog.
If you go with Coves, try to get to The Ray of Hope (near the old Bahama Mama) or The Port Nelson as the newest best wrecks. ROH is about 200' long and just away from the shark feeding arena. This means you've got the most sureal display of sharks crusing about you as you desend into water that normally got about 100' viz, on a near perfect wreck, in that wacky electric blue sea! You'd have to have seen some teriffic diving no to feel excited about this site!
Bahama Divers has some good stuff too. The Lost Blue hole is nice. The Light house reef is supposed to have allot of life.
A two tank dive without kit hire is approx $100 i believe. you won't need a wetty at this time of year.

You won't go too far wrong.
