We are making a return trip to dive in the Bahamas (Stuart Coves) after diving there last July.
Enjoyed the diving, but staying at Breezes last summer was not our cup of tea.

This July we are staying at Compass Point.
Can anyone comment on their experience staying there?

Accommodations?
Restaurant - food quality / variety?
Pool / beach area?

How accurate is the claim to being only a 10 minute shuttle ride to the dive shop?

It's close to Stuart Cove, if that's where you are diving. The property is great ! Spent my birthday there a couple of years ago, they sang to me and made the evening special. Fantastic sunset, great food ! One of the best meals of my life was there. You can see it briefly in "Casino Royale", as Daniel Crag (James Bond) first gets in to the Bahamas, and comes ripping down the street, around a corner, and you will see the multi colored buildings. The resort that he is headed to is there, as well, but that's a whole 'nother story. That resort is "the One and Only Beach Club", mucho $$$ Don't ask how I know all this stuff. At any rate, you will enjoy Compass Point. Very nice !
