This is a quick question for instructors and shop owners in the North East.

What is the average number of divers trained
by you or your shop annually?

oops. I misread this as a question being asked on behalf of shops in the NE. On re-reading it, I see you probably want only those in the NE to respond, and I don't know how to withdraw my vote.

sorry

Why are you interested in this particular group?

Looking for shops and private instructors not associated to a shop.
Primarily those located in NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, MA, VT
Any class requiring BT.

Personal research; interested in how many people become qualified in my area. I was certified in warm water (Panama City, FL) and wondered what the training demand and what the amount of entry level interest for cold water. Have you ever wondered how many divers were in your area and how many were joining the diving community each year? I am doing a dive in two days and my co-workers think I am nuts. I never thought about it, so I was curious to see some numbers.
