    Padi Peak Performance Buoyancy Course

Has any one taken this course? Did it help. My Buoyancy control is not horrible but could definitely use some work. For those that have taken the course. When it was done with did you reduce the amount of wight you carried? Did you have good static stability? Was it worth it or does the knowledge just come with more dives?

    depends on instructor

depending on the instructor it can be one of the best courses you have ever taken or an absolute waste of time and money.
