They have a list of instructors in all areas. The "basic" course is the O2 provider. Rescue courses require you complete a First Aid/ CPR and O2 provider course, which runs around 100 bucks. Good training to have under your belt and requires re-certs every 2 years.

Rescue courses require you complete a First Aid/ CPR and O2 provider course

If you are talking about the PADI Rescue Diver course, this is incorrect. The prerequisite for this course is First Aid & CPR only.

To be absolutely clear:

To Enroll
To enroll in the PADI Rescue Diver course, you must be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water or Advance Plus Diver, or the equivalent. "Equivalent" means that you must demonstrate proof of certification beyond the entry level and be able to document (usually with your log book) 20 dives with experience in deep and navigation diving.

To Complete
To complete the requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver certification, you must also have completed either the PADI Medic First Aid (MFA) or Emergency First Response (EFR) course (or other sanctioned CPR course) within the previous two years.

Both CPR and MFA or MFR are not required, only one.

Back to the original question, if you are referring to the Dan O2 Oxygen Provider course, it costs usually 75 dollars U.S. or less. Around Southern California, a number of outfits offer it for 50 bucks.
