I was climbing down a metal ladder to get back in the pool during a class today and slipped and broke a freakin' toe! ARRRGH! Murphy rules, once again. Class dismissed.

Those metal ladders with their skinny little footrests are dangerous, especially with scuba gear on.

Sorry about the injury neil, I know, just recovering from one myself.
