    Thanks LeadTurn- flexibility isn't one of my strong suits - I'll work on that, and not just right before diving. Hmmm, I can take free yoga classes at my gym.

    I dive a BP/W and have a DUI classic weight and trim. I appreciate the suggestion but from what I saw so far, the problem isn't so much the rest of me, as long as I'm thinking about it while I'm diving, but the dropping of the knees. Thanks for the suggestion anyway though.

    MattV's suggestion of "butt tightening" is working the best on land so far, at least that way it's taking a lot longer for my back to hurt at all. I think that the "stretching image" (thanks for that sketch by the way- LOL) and the physical butt tightening is working well. We'll see how much improved I am on my next dive with video.
