No...it's not a joke: Zombie Apocalypse Diver FAQ

I'm finding myself soul searching on this...

A. Do I love it because it sounds fun, light-hearted and might be a clever way to entice people towards continued education? :acclaim:

B. Do I despair over PADI's ability to authorize anything for a buck..? :idk:

C. Do I need to lighten up? :shakehead:

My LDS just offered this course and ran it last weekend. They wanted $200 for two tanks doing shore diving. Money would be better spent elsewhere!

Brains ..... coral !!!

I suppose it depends on what zombie reality you choose to subscribe too.... I'll go with "World War Z". No spoilers for those who haven't read it yet... but scuba would be a bad option. LOL

I thought for a second that Padi was expanding its customer base to include certifying zombies. As in the movie Fido. Why leave your zombie at home, bring him diving.

I don't know about this one... Doesn't look like it advances a diver's skill set much. Rather, it seems like an overpriced Halloween dive to me. Maybe if they sold it as kids adventure dive rather than as a certification I could see its' value. :-/
