In about 4 months I'll be traveling around S.E. Asia (not sure how long, but let's just say 3 months for sake of the post), diving on and off. After which I will do my DM and start my professional diving career.

I've heard great things about DAN and traveling around S.E. Asia it seems common sense to have the 24 hotline in my back pocket. But what about traveler's insurance. I see that they offer Travel Insurance, but it seems to be for a single destination - what about expats? Am I wrong on this?

I want to be covered for diving and travel and was hoping to knock it out with one provider. Any recommendations?

Just found the Year Round Protection for Global Travelers plan.

So now, I guess my question is: Any other recommendations? Use DAN for diving and another company for travel? What do you do?

DAN is excellent insurance; it's better to have it than not.
