If they were imported to the Caribbean, I wonder what that would screw up?

Fighting non-native species with non-native species has never had a very good track record...

And OMG these things are 10 feet long- eww and eek.

Based on this quote, sounds like they'd be just as bad for the Caribbean as the lion fish are.

It would probably turn the Caribbean into another muck diving destination heh
 
Bobbit worms also seem to be able to sting humans and cause permanent numbness. ( fact from Wikipedia )
 
Lion Fish is NOT native in your part so why import another species?
Cane toads was imported to Australia to eat the cane beetle and what happen?
