I'm a Fish!
There is a Southern (Bavaria) German SCUBA shop that goes to Austria and does this when possible. They also dvive the Zel am Zee which has an interesting WW2 history- many artifacts have been recovered... But the gold? It's still said to be out there for the finding!
 
Now that is cool. I'm guessing most of that is snow melt flooding? Bet that water is cold...
