This past weekend while conducting an AOW class we had our Peak Performance Dive and Underwater Navigation Dive interrupted by a very friendly and curious manta ray. It was so awesome that I wanted to share with SB.

Photo is for visual effects only; it is a random picture from the internet as cameras were not taken on the dives by students or instructors on these AOW dives :D

I wouldn't mind being interrupted if that was the cause!

Sometimes you just have to put training on the back burner for a few minutes, and enjoy the show!

Kwajalein is truly an amazing place to dive...and guide new divers on their journey into Poseidon's realm.

Awesome stuff!
I did the PADI rescue diver course recently and while executing search patterns we had 3 dolphins swim up and check us out from an arms reach away. That was pretty cool. Underwater high fives all around that day.

The things you see when you don't have a camera!

I saw a pod of dolphins today...but it was from a helicopter at about 500 ft (135m). Such cool animals...made my day.
