Well, I'm not a west-coaster so I wouldn't know "Jack" about these fish or the location (ha ha fish pun).

But from the video, this (still?)- floating wreck is off the Oregon coast, and looks to be an enclosed wreck penetration unless there are a lot more swim-throughs than show in the film.

So that puts you into the world of tech diving, or at least "cave" diving. If it's shallow you wouldn't need the deepwater tech gas and deco support, but you would need cave training, meaning wreck penetration training. This is not a dive for the weekend open-water diver.
