1. You need to expand the number of times a diver goes diving to include once a week, once a month

2. Question on compass should also include "Sometimes"

Done but answered goes diving 2 to 4 times a year. BUT that represent 2 / 3 Vacations. So 50+ Dives per year. Your question is not precise enough.

Obviously it really makes no difference to the survey how much or often you dive.

I found the first question a bit weird, ether you almost never dive or you dive everyday, there is no middle ground. I answered "Everyday" even though it is far from the truth, but it is much closer than 5 dives a year. I probably have 2-4 dives a week.
