    Dive catalogs / Magazines ????

Being new to diving I'm just wondering are there any free publications and dive equipment catalogs that you can sign up for? I know being a hunter I get 16 catalogs a year sent to the house. Any help would be appreciated!!
    Thanks
    David

Check with the shop you got certified through. It's possible they can set you up with a free 6 month subscription to "Dive Training".

"Alert Diver" The mag of DAN comes free.

I admantly believe that ALL divers no matter how active or inactive should be members of DAN. I think that the benefits outweigh the cost.

I would also like to know if there are any companies that sell gear through a mail order catalog.

I havent posted here much lately as time/schedule has not permitted it. I have to admit though that, this is a really good question and I intend to follow this thread to see which/any company's offer a magazine.

Good Question and if I missed it earlier, "Welcome to the board"!

Leisure Pro does mail-order sales, they'll send you a catalog, and you can order over the phone or internet.
they have very good prices, and good customer support.
