    Please comment in PDIC

I have a PADI OW certification and am considering doing my AOW with a PDIC certified center. Any comments about PDIC or the content of their courses? Any comments about the recognition of their certification.

A local school offers level II (PDIC) with compass, night, deep, cave, wreck, nitroc and boat. Would this mean I could dive Nitrox after the course or is it just an intro?

    Thanks

PDIC is a smaller but respected agency. They offer more attention to rescue than many others, and they have some advanced training & specialties in law enforcement. Their web site is out dated, and I've had mixed results getting info from their headquarters, but that usually doesn't have much impact on individual divers. My guess is that if you meet the instructor and can communicate well with him or her, you'll get some good training.

Good luck, and post back about your experinece with the class!
