We have 2 options for departing flights from Roatan. They leave at 2:05pm or 4:40pm on Saturday.
At first I thought the 4:40 would be the best bet, maybe get a couple dives in after lunch on Friday while still having a full 24 hour SI before flying.
But now I'm wondering if we will need to leave the resort by a certain time so they can prepare for the guests that will be arriving that day and we will just spend the extra 2 hours waiting around doing nothing if we take the later flight.
So what do you think? All advice would be much appreciated!
Checkout time is 11am. Guests with late flights are welcome to remain at the resort. Additional meals, dives, and services can be arranged at the office.
Thank you! I also thought that we could leave the resort in the morning and then do an island tour or other activity before being dropped off directly at the airport. We'll book the later flight
