Hi,

I'm interested in going on a Liveaboard in Belize end of January. I've heard during that period the weather can become rainy.
Had anybody got any views? Is it still worth a trip?

Cheers,
Alan

January should be very nice. The Belize weather is often extremely isolated. Even when it does rain, it rarely rains for more than a few minutes. It is a big place and looking at the internet weather sites for Belize can be useless because they mostly just give weather for Belize City, even if the website says something else. Go for it. The Belize liveaboard experience is great.

I went in March 2012 on the Belize Aggressor and there was no rain at all through the week. Great diving conditions.
January should be good, I would have thought.

My wife and I have enjoyed both the Aggressor and the Dancer out of Belize City. Both are excellent, staff excellent, dives are amazing..... It's the only way to dive!!!!!!!!!
