Belize and Whale Sharks in May 2005?

We are going to Belize in May 2005. We have heard that the Whale Sharks come into the area near Placentia. No dive operators (that we can find) from Ambergris Caye or Belize city go out there. Has anyone seen Whale sharks while diving from dive boats from Ambergris Caye?

I saw one from my boat one day off Ambergris. But that's a rare sighting. Gladden is the place and most of the operators go out Placencia or Hopkins. I you want to do it you'll have to come here and book a trip.
