Problem with using remote controls with outer case
Hi Mike,
When I have the camera by itself I can navigate the various functions as I learn how to use this camera and it appears to function normally.
However when I mount it inside the hard plastic carrying case and I try to turn it on, it takes enormous force to get it to finally turn on. The inner skin is properly mounted and the metal "piston" for the on/off function appears to travel down to where the actual on/off switch is located.
I find the same thing with the other buttons. They require an enormous amount of force to activate them. I've tried both remotes. Batteries are ok.
