Deep, Dark and Dangerous: On the Bottom with the Northwest Salvage Divers, by Rebecca Harrison, is a fascinating read about the courage, woes, tenacity, and deaths of the amazing salvage divers of the Pacific Northwest from the 21st Century to the more present day.

Although the book was published a few years ago - in 2006 to be exact - it still contains great stories and history of unknown salvage divers, and more famous ones alike. It's intriguing to learn about dive gear and protocols from the early 21st Century, especially in conditions most divers never experience.

I purchased this as an e-book from Amazon so I could read it on my Kindle and other electronic devices, and I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
