Anyone uses this combination with STA? Does it match?

I don't have an OMS BP, but most BPs, wings, STAs will work together.
If you mean do the holes on the plate and wing match to the bolts on the STA, yes. In my case an OMS SS, DR STA and Oxycheq Signature (rather than Mach V) fit.scuba_sirhc:

They should. I'm pretty sure most use the 11" center measure.
