Ongoing series: How many different kinds of X? This time: Corrugated BC connections?

Before I asked this:
http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/regulators/256587-how-many-different-air2-type-hoses-there.html

Now I am wondering how many kinds of BC corrugated hose to BC connectors are there?

I know 3:

Dive Rite/Aeris/ ScubaPro X Tek: Type 1
Old ScubaPro: Type 2
US Divers: Type 3

But I got an Oceanic Air XS with the complete hose, and it does not seem fit Type 1. Which is strange, becuase I was under the impression that a lot of Aeris stuff is just re-badged Oceanic. (The threads make just be messed up though.)

So what other types are there?

when did US Divers start making Air2? or any BC stuff

last I checked I thought that US Divers was a section of Aqualung that made snorkelling gear

Not the LP hose from the reg's first stage. That was covered in the other thread.

This time is about how the corrugated hose attaches to the BC, not how the inflator attaches to the first stage.
