    Weight Belts

When I dive my double 95's with a SS backplate I don't use any weights at all. I am actually sightly negative just with the gear both in fresh and salt water.

Actually this post was a reply on the subject DIR and Weight Belts. Don't know how it got to be it's own topic.

    But to answer the question:
Slightly negative with about 700psi. No problems doing a safety stop at 15-20' without any additional weights.
