    inflator maintenance

How often do you have your power inflator serviced if at all? Is it something I could do myself? I have a Genesis Cobra but I don't think they have any dealers in Europe where I'll be heading back to . . .their website is incredibly bad and has no information at all about anything.

The power inflator should definitely be serviced regularly (And often isn't serviced ever!). A stuck inflator could get you into a lot of trouble.

Not sure about your BC, sorry. I service my own. It unscrews fairly easily. Not many parts once you are in.

    Halcyon BC inflator tools

In case anyone wants to maintain their Halcyon inflators themselves, the two Genesis inflator tools listed on the page below fit both the old and new Halcyon inflators:

    genesis inflator rebuild

Does anyone know the o-ring size for the two very small o-rings in the inflate valve on a genesis inflator?

While we are on the subject... is this the same inflator used on the Halcyons?

    cheers
    Nick
