Just recieved my new rig from DSS and wanted to share.
The experience I just had should be model for all retail companies.
Tobin provided fast and useful info in helping me make my purchase decision.
The product was shipped immediately and arrived just a couple of days after my order was made. From California to Singapore. Impressive.
The rig arrived with all the expected parts and a few extras that I did not expect such as a knife. The attention to detail in all the parts is well thought out.
As well Tobin followed up with an email to offer additional assistance as needed.
The only nit I had was that the photos in the printed instructions are a little small, larger pictures would be nice.
