I was at Lake Travis in Austin last weekend and saw some folks diving with a single tank bungeed wing or back inflate BCD with what appeared to be custom color side panels on the wing or bcd (where the gusset would be). A pocket or weight pocket on the waist belt read "AVS Dive Safety Equipment System". Is anybody familiar with this set up? I tried Googling all of the various combinations of words I could think of with no success. Thanks in advance!
