Nomad XT Sidemount BC or Hog Aluminum/Steel - 58lb Wing
I'm looking to put together a tech rig mostly dedicated for wreck pen but cave and open water is always an option. I will be using dual 119 as a rule but I want some versatility. Example.. I have never dove side mount but a friend only dives side and says great things (so its always an option). Also I was thinking that the nomad would make side mounting my deco/stage bottle smoother if I choose to use that aspect.
Any suggestions?

I am in agreement! Use the right tool for the job. I mainly dive doubles, when I do, I use a Halcyon Evolve System. SS Bp gives support for the weight of the doubles and the 1 piece harness is way comfortable, easy to access gear and easy gear config, highest reliability. When I dive/teach Side-mount I use the Nomad. If I dive singles then it's the SS BP with a Halcyon 30lbs Eclipse Wing.
