I talked with Tobin a few times. Man wants to make sure you purchase the right thing once. Now that medical issues are pretty much done, can now start saving for the DSS rig.
"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." Thomas Jefferson
"Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing." -Benjamin Franklin
"Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest." — Mahatma Gandhi
I think Tobin 'interviews' all new customers, if you pass the interview, he puts a note on your file upgrading you from 'clueless' to 'has a clue', then you can safely place future orders without another interview, as I've had my subsequent DSS orders ship automatically (only calling to confirm I still want my requested parts if they are on back-order, for example, otherwise shipping things without further incident.)
