    What's wrong with OMS?

I recently sent this email to OMS:

    Subject: New 32 pound wing
Is this wing a "donut" wint or a "horseshoe" wing? IE, is the part at the bottom connected to form a continuous oval?
    Their reply, in its entirety:

    Which do you prefer?
First, does anyone know the answer to this question? Second.... wtf?

About which wing, specifically, were you inquiring?
    They make both kinds.

Last time ( first time) I called them. The answer was "go to your local dealer".
