rechargable usually 2500 or better mAh- I just checked my SD cards from a trip to Key Largo last week. I shot 140 - 180 pics each day for three different days, recharging at night. Didn't have any problems with batteries. My internal flash is set to fire every shot, but only at 1/4 flash.
In the past I've tried rechargeable AA batteries. They lasted so little that I dumped them in favor standard alkaline.
How are they now? Would you use rechargeable or disposable batteries for your A650? Thanks!
I use "MAHA 2700 mAh 4 AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries" in my Canon A720IS and go 2 dives between changes without any problem.
