I took these photos with my Canon G-9. They were shot in an Ikelite housing using the camera flash with a diffuser (strobe issues prior to leaving the house) and an Inon UCL-165M67 close-up Lens. Used the TV mode, ISO 100, auto-focus, AWB and 1/500 shutter speed. This was my try at shooting with the macro lens.
Awesome, great shots! I was just inquiring about Macro lens options for the G9/Ike housing setup. Did you use the short port or the normal port that came with the housing? The DOF looks real shallow but in Tv mode at 1/500 I'm guessing the aperture was fully open? Also did you shoot in macro mode?
I've recently discovered the Blue Heron Bridge, and I have to say, I love shooting macro there.
Yesterday, I took my G9 out there and snapped a few macro shots. Mine is setup in a Patima Housing with dual Inon z240 strobes.
For these shots, I was using one Inon UCL-165M67 Close-up lens. I had my camera set on Manual Mode, 1/400 Shutter Speed, f8, ISO 80 and AWB. I also had the camera's flash output set on medium output, and as is required when shooting manual, I was adjusting my strobes manually.

What astounding photos and what a reminder not to pick up bottles.
A hard decision. You go diving and see a bottle. It's garbage. Should you pick it up to keep clean the bottom or leave it to allow a small fish to have a hard house.
Some time ago I've seen in a TV show that old vehicle tires were fasten together and deposited in a flat sand bottom to form an artificial reef. Some years afterward the new reef was full of life, instead of the flat sand bottom.
