Today the NSS and the NSS-CDS filed a 45-page legal action to protect the aquifer of Mill Creek Preserve/ Alachua Sink. This was only possible with the assistance of Charlie Roberson, Geary Schindel, and the law firm of Bogin, Munns, and Munns. Huge thanks to the NSS for putting your money where mouth is. This is the front line of spring conservation, right here right now. We took the fight to them and are challenging the mighty Wal-Mart. We will keep you posted as things progress.

Nice photo from the rally, and a decent piece.

Excellent work!

Great Job.....though I find it interesting that the story is not on the newspaper's website, not is it searchable in their database. Guess the wally world advocates (sponsors) got it pulled.

It was printed in hardcopy and hit the stands this morning.

I'd venture a guess that it's in electronic format and can be posted on their website. None the less, I'm reaching out to the editor to see about getting a copy that I can read. I'm a bit challenged by the photos I've seen....though I do appreciate the posting. :)

More pages, cant get one to load.
