Visa / Entrance Reqs for Cayman Islands

I can't seem to find anything in the archives about this, and I can't seem to find the info on their official site (maybe just user error).

Anyway, I am trying to understand the entrance requirements for a non-US citizen with a green card.

Anybody who knows, please respond.

Last I knew, the Caymans were a territory of the United Kingdom and fell under travel rules as the UK.

I'm a US citizen, so I got in with my US Passport and no special visa requirements. What's up - you traveling on an Afghan passport to visit your money?
