    dive flag

Anyone know where on Grand Cayman we can rent or (preferably) borrow a dive float/flag? Going to do some shore diving and a "don't run over me" marker could come in handy.

    Thanks.

Sweet. Thanks. Long way from home, but I guess you do what you gotta do.

I didn't realize where Pease Bay was until now so I would check Eden Rock in Georgetown 1st.

If you have to drive all the way to town, maybe buying one from Diver's Supply or Diver's World make sense?

    Well...

We *were* going to go right out in front of our condo, but the winds have picked up and shifted. What was glass smooth with obvious gaps in the reef and very easy to spot current paths yesterday, looks like the North Shore of Oahu (slight exaggeration) today. Based on the 10 day weather, we won't be going anywhere near here for quite a while.

If we do end up sneaking out in this area, I'll be sure to post a report. Well, unless we find a sunken pirate ship or something.

    Ah...the East wind problem.

Too bad I have done several "drift" dives in that area and I really enjoyed it.The topography of the walls seems to be different .I did these dives off a boat not from shore.
