Treasure Island has finally sold and will become Margaritaville resort and condos, see the link below. We drove by it a few times when we were on Grand Cayman 2 weeks ago; there were people around but the resort looked more run down than ever. It is sitting on prime property and I am glad that it will be rejuvenated.
