Hi folks,

I am visiting LC for the first time, staying in LCBR. Is it necessary to bring water shoes to stroll on the beache(s)? How sand/surface condition is comparing to, say, GC 7MB or Cozumel between Secrets Aura and Iberostar?

Thank you.

Wife and I walked the beach and shaded sand areas barefoot, no problem.

Beautiful , long sand beach heading east. No shoes required. Comparable to SMB, but much quieter.
LCBR also has kayaks to paddle out to Owen's Island as well as cruiser bikes. All are nice afternoon activities. Then again, so is a hammock and a book down by the water.

Take a trip to the end of the island. Beautiful empty beach. Can't remember the name, faces Brac. Also my avatar pic!

Point of Sand, a short beach to walk on.

If you are staying at LCBR, they can arrange a box lunch and drive you out there.
