A friend has a beach lot for sale on the island of Carenero in Bocas del Toro, the Caribbean side of Panama.
A huge concrete pier....sand..palm trees..perrier water...beautiful!
It can be developed as hotel/condos/restaurant....and your own PADI shop.

Just bring LOTS of mosquito repellent. Carenero is notorious for having the most and the worst "chitras" -- sand fleas -- in all of Bocas del Toro.

You might also want to check out the six other dive shops you'll be competing with. Five of them are more conveniently located in Bocas Town on the main island of Colon.

All that said, the diving is usually nice.
