I'm on the way to Belize at the moment, and will be traveling around Belize, Guatemala and Mexico (Yucatan Peninsula) for the next 3.5 weeks. I want to dive in both Belize and Cozumel, and do a Cenote dive as well (maybe in Tulum). I'm just wondering if anyone has advice on which area I should focus on, e.g. best places for the barrier reef and aquatic life. I was thinking of finding a short liveaboard, but obviously that involves spending more money, so any advice would be appreciated. I have experience with both currents (in the Galapagos) and overhead environments.
