What kind of quality do you want out of a hunk of lead? For me, there are two questions: Is it lead? Does it weigh what it is supposed to? If you answered "yes" to both, then it is high quality. If you answered "no" then the ad is a complete lie.
In any case, I'd be interested in 80 pounds of weights, in the 1 lb size. That's $160 and no shipping charge. Hook me up (:
